We accept exchanges for non-custom (standard) items.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@mulliondesign.com, and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept cancellations. However, if you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re always here to help.
Custom Orders:
All of our mullion products are custom-made to your specific dimensions, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
